1. Information We Collect
To process orders we collect name, contact number, email, shipping address and payment-related information. Payment data is handled securely by payment processors; the Company does not store card details.
2. Purpose of Use
We use personal information to process orders, delivery and refunds, respond to inquiries, and fulfil legal obligations.
3. Processing & Overseas Transfer
Payments are entrusted to processors (PayPal, etc.) and delivery to carriers. Information may be transferred overseas to the extent necessary for international payment and delivery.
4. Retention Period
Under Korean e-commerce law, records of contracts/withdrawal are kept 5 years, payment records 5 years, and consumer complaint/dispute records 3 years, then destroyed.
5. Your Rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, or suspension of processing of your personal information, and the Company will act without delay.
