Regions & Delivery Time
Domestic delivery takes about 2–5 business days after payment. International shipping is available to Japan, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Singapore, Australia and select regions, taking about 7–20 business days depending on customs.
Shipping Fees
Domestic and overseas shipping fees are shown at checkout. For overseas orders, destination customs/taxes may be the recipient's responsibility.
Requesting Exchange / Return
Please request by email (ejqkfma@naver.com) within 7 days of receipt. For change of mind, round-trip shipping is at the customer's expense.
When Returns Are Restricted
Due to the nature of cosmetics, opened/used items, items damaged by the customer, or items difficult to resell may be excluded (excluding product defects).
Refund Process
After the returned item is collected and verified, refunds are made to the original payment method within 3–7 business days, subject to the processor's schedule.
